Return of Goods Policy

We are happy to exchange unsuitable or unwanted items as long as they are returned to us in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with the relevant receipt or proof of purchase and within 14 days of delivery. In such circumstances we will not refund either the original postage or your return postage.

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or have been sent to you in error we will refund the price paid in full and postage as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, with the receipt and within 28 days of delivery.

If you wish to return goods please notify us beforehand.

We will not accept goods sent to us for refund or exchange that have not been originally purchased from us.

Goods bought online, meeting the above criteria, may be returned in the shop if that is more convenient for you.

Refunds will be made by the same method used to pay for the item (e.g. if you paid by credit card any refund will be made to the same card).
